On paper, many of the men I work with have done everything right.

They’ve built impressive careers.
They’re respected in their fields.
They’ve optimized almost every area of life.

And yet when it comes to love, something feels… off.

Connection feels harder than it should.

Conversations feel like performances.

Dating can start to feel like a strange marketplace instead of a place where two people actually meet.

I understand that world more than you might expect.

Before this work, I spent years unknowingly repeating my own relationship patterns—drawn to unavailable partners and dynamics that kept real intimacy just out of reach. Learning how those patterns form in the brain, and how they can be rewired, changed the entire trajectory of my life.

That journey led me to the work I do today.

For nearly a decade, I’ve worked closely with men as a certified Cuddlist and dating and relationship coach, creating judgment-free spaces where men can explore connection, emotional safety, and non-physical intimacy in ways most were never taught or allowed.

Many of the men I support are thoughtful, intelligent, and highly accomplished. But somewhere along the way they learned that being the man meant performing, fixing, or shutting parts of themselves down.

My work is about helping you put the armor down.

Using principles of neuroplasticity and embodied connection, I help men recognize the unconscious patterns that keep them stuck in dating, rewire the responses that block intimacy, and reconnect with the version of themselves that can actually experience love—not just analyze it.

Because the goal isn’t to become a different man.

It’s to stop performing long enough to finally be yourself.

And from that place, build the kind of connection that makes everything you’ve built in life feel meaningful.

If you’re ready to step out of the sidelines and into the kind of relationship you actually want, I’ll walk with you every step of the way.

To your magnetism,

Rachael Jaye, The Connection Coach
